Discounts galore at Thursday markets

A number of traders at the Thursday markets in Alnwick are offering special deals from now until June 22.

It comes as Alnwick Market experienced a very successful April, with 40 per cent more traders than last year.

On some weekends, there is a waiting list for traders wanting to come to sell their wares in the town.

The following offers are available on Thursdays: Four packs of Grant’s sausages for £10; four for £10 on Kenspeckle treats; spend £10 with Canny Candy Gadgie and get a bag of Marvellous All Butter Fudge for free; for e-cigarette users, it’s any three 10ml e-liquids for £5; and there’s 10 per cent off all Rainbow Designs frames, glasses and vases.

Alnwick Market is busy planning the final arrangements for the hugely popular Taste of The North event and the town’s very own food festival.
