Batteries stolen from Northumberland forest

Police are investigating after two batteries were stolen from a plant vehicle in Northumberland.

It happened between 6pm on Friday, October 11, and 9am on Monday, October 14, when the vehicle was parked at a forestry track in Kidland Forest near Alwinton.

Two batteries worth more than £300 were stolen from the Man Mountree skyline logging machine.
