Anna Taylor has returned to her roots to take up the role of general manager at a Northumberland pub.
Anna, pictured, will head up the running of the 28-bedroom Lindisfarne Inn at Beal and manage its 28-strong team.
Originally hailing from Wooler, Anna now splits her time between her family home in Tromsø, northern Norway and Northumberland.
“My parents owned the Black Bull pub in Wooler, so I have come the full circle, coming back to the hospitality sector and returning to north Northumberland to work,” she said.
“I am delighted to be associated with The Lindisfarne Inn which has carved out a name for itself as a must-visit food and drink destination and is such a popular place for visitors to stay all year around.
“I’m looking forward to working with the great team here and continuing the legacy of delivering an unbeatable customer and guest experience at one of Northumberland’s best-loved inns. It’s worth the commute from Norway!”
Anna has worked at the AA three star inn for 18 months before this appointment.
The Lindisfarne Inn is operated by Inn Collection Group which owns and manages five inns across the North East and North Yorkshire.
