A north Northumberland village is to host a business showcase next month.

The event, at Foxton Hall, Alnmouth, on Tuesday, September 23, will follow up the Network Visitors morning on Tuesday, September 9, and offers the visitor not only a fantastic venue for lunch, but insight into the availability of the often-overlooked local business service network with expertise and presentations available to anyone thinking of starting their own business, developing a product or thinking of moving their enterprise to the next level of trading.

From 11am, businesses from across Northumberland will be on hand to offer information through trade stands and educational presentations.

Experts will include professionals from film, photography, social media and the web, finance and planning, home improvements, health and wellbeing, network development, business growth and marketing.

Funding advice will also be available from NBSL and Regional Growth Network.

If you would like to attend any of the following free-of-charge presentations, it is strongly advised to book.

Presentation schedule: 11am to 11.20am, networking; 11.30am, social media, 12pm, websites; lunch; 1pm, marketing; 1.30pm, NBSL/RGN funding; 2pm, business coach; 2.30pm, accountancy; 3pm, financial advice/estate planning; 3.30pm, recruitment and HR.
