Alnwick Magistrates Court was told there had been no response to her summons.

Tony Henderson, 25, of Straffen Court, Amble, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £60 costs and a surcharge of £15 for using an unlicensed TV on July 6.

The court was told there had been no response to his summons and Henderson had a previous conviction for a similar offence in January. On that occasion he was fined £150.

Martin Quince, 30, of Cedar Grove, Alnwick, was fined £137 and ordered to pay £60 costs and a surcharge of £15 for using an unlicensed TV between June 21 and July 22.
