Parking problems

COMPLAINTS have again been raised about inconsiderate parking by people attending junior football matches in Wooler.
Coun Tony Stewart said people going to the Glendale League on a Saturday morning are parking on both sides of Brewery Lane and causing an obstruction.

The parish council, which has previously complained about the situation, agreed to contact the organisers.

Members noted that there was an arrangement in place for people to park at Redpath's Yard on South Road.
