RESIDENTS across the district have been fined after failing to pay their television licence.
Pamela Allan, of Beech Grove, Alnwick, was ordered to pay £315 in fines and costs; Gail Bryson, of Leslie Drive, Amble, £275; Samantha Evans, of Coquetdale, Amble, £150; Claire Ingleton, of Sycamore Avenue, Alnwick, £235; Louise Morley, of Hedgehope Crescent, Hadston, £425; Anne Simpson, of Hartside Crescent, Hadston, £425; Stephanie Waugh, of Hedgehope Crescent, Hadston, £290, and Victoria Wilson, of Dandsfield Square, Amble, £175.
