NO objections were raised by the parish council to a number of planning applications.
They were: Four houses on land at Cheviot Street, Wooler; replacement of existing garage and creation of new access at 39 Glendale Road, Wooler; erection of two signs at 28 South Road, Wooler; alteration to existing shop front and replacement of two fascia boards at 31 High Street, Wooler; erection of non-illuminated projection sign at 18 Market Place, Wooler, and erection of double-sided directional sign, Wooler junction at B6348, near Way-to-Wooler Farm, Wooler.

The parish council reported that plans to erect a projecting sign fixed at first level at Greetings from Wooler, 7 High Street, Wooler, and proposals for an attached garage at Parkside Cottage, Ramsey's Lane, Wooler, have been approved by Berwick Borough Council.
