THE role local businesses are to play in the future of the Glendale area is to be discussed next month.
Charles Seller, of Northumberland Business Network, has been invited to talk on the subject at the next Glendale Community Forum on December 10.

Jane Pannell, recently-elected forum chairman, said: "I know there are mixed feelings about the purpose of community forums, yet there is much more in common between us than there are differences. We all want the very best for communities and businesses in the Glendale locality.

"If we don't work together, then we run the risk of missing out on opportunities for funding and growth."

The meeting will be held at the Cheviot Centre, Wooler, from 7pm. All welcome.
