Sunday, January 16: Nordic Walking – Training Day. A training day specifically designed to provide an introduction to Nordic Walking and the many health benefits associated with it. A full day of activity is planned with the morning session concentrating on the theory and background of Nordic Walking and teaching the basic technique.
