Gig of North East songs

Felton-based singer/songwriter Andrew Lobb will be performing at the United Reformed Church at West Thirston on Friday, September 21. The concert, which starts at 7.30pm, will include a number of tracks from his new CD, Border Lines. Tickets are £5 at the door or from the Running Fox in Felton. The songs on the CD are mainly about the North East coast and Borders and cover a range of historical subjects such as herring girls and border reivers.
