As a born and bread northerner I am very familiar to Gregg's and I am sure most people will be too.
Gregg's Cramlington is quite small and cramped at peak times. The food is OK but not as good as it once was. Its is fairly good value. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

A good bakers with a good choice of fresh bread, cakes and biscuits. They also do sandwiches and they often have offers on lunch deals. Their sausage rolls are particularly delicious and they have a good range of pasties and cakes. They do special cakes for different seasons, for example Halloween cakes etc. Their prices are a little higher than those of the supermarkets but they quality is good.

Most people in the North-East will be familiar with Greggs and the one in Cramlington is a typical store. There’s the usual range of pies and pasties, sandwiches, cakes and drinks. A relatively new addition to the range is coffee and hot sandwiches. It’s almost always very busy at lunch times and the queues are frequently out the door. Currently there are seasonal Christmassy-type sandwich and pastry available.

This Greggs store provides the mall with the aroma of freshly baked pies and cakes. It’s not particularly a pleasant smell unless you are hungry - but it’s a smell I always recognise as belonging to Greggs.
This store is very popular among shoppers and the staff of the mall at lunch times! There is almost always a queue at times when people want to eat (breakfast, lunch, tea-time).
The products available are the same as you can get at any Greggs in the county: cakes, fresh bread, pasties, pies.
I enjoy the strawberry tarts here but more often than not I avoid busy Greggs and shop at a similar bakery store at the opposite end of Manor Walks. They provide a more homely service that a big store like Greggs is unable to provide.
