Last summer, we were looking for a holiday cottage which could provide dog friendly accommodation and fortunately I came across Tidal Homes. I booked a pet friendly holiday cottage through them and I would say that their online booking service is flawless. I’m happy with their services and will hopefully book a holiday cottage again from them.

Uncaring and unsympathetic when we had to cancel our holiday due to a family member becoming unwell.
Despite the cottage being re-let to another party, a refund or even part refund was rejected.
Rude and very unhelpful. Would never use again and would recommend using an organisation with a fair cancellation policy.

We booked Waters Edge, a Tidal Homes' cottage in Warkworth for the weekend breaks. Their hassle free online booking system helped us in making last minute reservations for this cottage. All sort of modern amenties were availbale in this luxrious retreat. We were also allowed to bring our Dog, Nifster, to the vacation. We would love to visit the place again and stay in this exquisite Northumbreland Holiday Cottage!
