Took my dog here, staff were OK and friendly.
I didn't really like the finished look as though they had rushed my dog to have him finished.
Don't think I will go back, unless I needed to get my dog cut quickly and have an average cut.

Personally, the price for the standard of cut is over-priced.

Took my dog to Posh Paws as my usual groomer was full. I won't be going back, although the staff were friendly, the building had a smell about it that my other groomers did not (probably due to bad ventilation) The cut was average, there were some clipper marks and overall looked a bit choppy. You get what you pay for as they say, and I got a poor cut.
My dogs also came back a little hand shy. So I wonder what went on for that to happen!

Great groomers I've had my westie for 5 year and I've been taking her to posh paws for 4 years (since they opened) they are very professional groomers with a high standard of grooming I've seen other dogs from other salons and there not half as good as posh paws. I have been late a couple of times to pick her up and also been charged a late pick up fee which I realy understand cos businesses do have bills to pay and people have important appointments and times are given for a reason which some people don't respect. Thanks sharon Gillespie

Fantastic, friendly and very professional groomers. I have taken my 2 bichons to several different salons and they have always come back with a cut that I found unsatisfactory, but at Posh Paws, they groomed both my dogs to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!!

I took my Westie to Posh Paws today for the first time.  I arrived on time for my appointment at 10.30 and the salon was empty apart from the groomer.  She was very pleasant and asked me how I wanted him cut.  I said fairly short but with a Westie face.  She said he would be ready in about an hour.  I arrived back at 12.00, half an hour late, but there were still no other customers or dogs in the salon. (I know why now).   I was shocked that Jasper was almost bald, I know I said short, but that was ridiculous!  When I asked how much, the lady said I would have to pay a late fee and the whole cost would be £32.50.  I was so shocked, | just paid up and walked out.  When my daughter-in-law rang up to complain, she was told that there was a notice on the wall about late collections, and that I had been one and a half hours late.  Totally untrue! Apparently the cost should have been £25.00, so the late fee was £7.50!  After an argument the telephone was rudely put down with no apology.  Although the Posh Paws webside looks impressive - the reality is very different.  I would certainly not use them again.
