Bank holiday bonanza

This year, the Craster Art Club held its August Bank Holiday exhibition in Howick Village Hall, as the usual venue, Craster Memorial Hall, was unavailable due to proposed renovation work.

The club would like to thank our hosts at Howick for all the help and co-operation involved in the move, which led to a successful exhibition in a charming venue. Thank you to all the visitors who contributed to our Great North Air Ambulance collection jar.

Donations totalled £118.64. Added to the spring exhibition total of £115, this takes the Craster Art Club’s 2012 annual contribution to the Great North Air Ambulance to £233.64.

Frances Cook,

Secretary, Craster Art Club.
