Here are a couple of photos that our readers can get their teeth into, as we try to find out more about them. The top photo is another provided by reader Frank Swinhoe, who believes it was taken in the early 1950s in Shilbottle. He recognises four of those featured as they are his great grandparents. On the back row third from left is Harry Casson and on the extreme right is Tommy Edwards with his wife Mary Ann next to him. On the left in the front row, Harry Casson’s wife Margaret.

The bottom photo featuring the group of men with a trophy is a complete mystery.
